Brady A8500 Flexcell

The A8500 FlexCell from Brady prints and applies labels reliable and fast on printed circuit boards or similiar components. The print- and applying system has especially been designed for applications in the fields of electrics, automotive or production and can process up to 25.000 labels per day. The size of the used printed circuit board can be 100 x 100 mm up to 350 x 400 mm. The labels size is from 4 x 4 mm up to 50 x 25 mm. The printing- and applying process of traceability labels only takes 3 seconds on a standard printed circuit board.

Therefore an exactness of 0,1 mm on any place on the printed circuit board can be achieved.

The A8500 Flexcell can take over data from an existing ERP-system without problems and an integration in SMEMA-conform printed circuit production lines is possible.
