New thermal transfer printer as modern and low-priced solution for printing of labels in production, logistics and trade
The show-stopper of EOS is the first serial touchscreen. Availble labels can be applead easily in stand-alone-mode without PC, added with data and be printed. Designed labels are filed on a USB-stick or in the memory of the printer.
EOS1 and EOS4 differ u.a. in the size . EOS4 offers space for label rolls with a diameter for rolls with up to 200 mm. The rolls are centered in the middle when they are deposit automatically. Both printer are available with resolution of 200 and 300 dpi.
At 200 dpi the width can be 108 mm, at 300 dpi the width can be printed up to 105,7 mm. The printing speed is 125 mm/s. Wear parts cam ne changed within seconds without the usage of tools.
The EOS printer, which are produced of recycable component parts ecologically aware only need very little energy. In sleep-mode the printer only need less than 2 watt, in average business only 45 Watt.
TSC MB240 series Powerful label printer with a small footprint
The TSC MB240 Series of industrial label printers combines high performance with a compact, space-saving design. Their robust die-cast aluminum housing enables them to be used in demanding environments such as manufacturing, transportation and logistics, but they also easily find space in retail stores. The printers come standard equipped with all the necessary buttons and status LEDs on the front, but may also be equipped with a color 3.5'' touch display for extended operation, if required.
The series consists of four models, which achieve up to 300 dpi quality and a 203 mm/sec. print speed. All variants are equipped with a practical viewing window on the side so that users see at a glance how full the remaining label stock is. When it's time to replace the roll, fold up this part of the housing completely for easy access. The MB240 Series printers come standard with a USB, USB host, Ethernet and RS232 port, with optional WLAN and Bluetooth options, as well as a guillotine for fully cut printed labels and a peel-off kit for the backing material.
TSC ME240 Series Industrial Label Printers Encased in Metal Housing
Whether you are looking to produce labels via direct thermal or thermal transfer mode, the TSC printers ME240 and ME340 support both printing technologies. Quickly and quietly they produce top-quality labels up to 118 mm wide at up to a maximum of 152 mm/sec. With 4 MB Flash and 8 MB RAM they offer plenty of memory even for elaborate print jobs. Thanks to the all-metal frame and heavy-duty die-cast aluminum print mechanism, the printers endure even the hardest production environments.
Optionally you can remove the print mechanism and install it into a packaging machine, a label applicator, or into different housing. TSC TTP-2410M Pro Series Top performance for industrial print jobs
It is hard to believe that it is possible to further increase the functionality of the TTP-2410M Series, but TSC achieved this with their TTP-2410M Pro Series. The print technology is based on the proven current series and is a top performer. The series contains variants with a resolution of up to 600 dpi (24 dots/mm) for extremely small barcodes, logos and graphics. For less demanding applications you can receive models with either 203 or 300 dpi (8 and 12 dots/mm, respectively).
The newcomers in this series have a die-cast aluminum base plate, a removable backplane plus a two roller damper. The background-lit display simplifies handling, as well as six function keys and a hinged lid for direct access to the printing mechanism, media feed and media sensor, etc. The standard integrated printer languages EPL and ZPL, 32 MB SDRAM, 8 MB Flash, a memory card slot and numerous interfaces, such as Ethernet, USB, serial and parallel, ensure for seamless processing. Zebra ZT200 Series Hard-wearing tabletop label printers
The Zebra ZT200 Series closes the gap between Zebra desktop printers (such as the GX Series and ZD500) and tabletop printers (such as the ZT400 family). The series is particularly designed for label production in warehouses, logistics and production. According to your requirements, choose between two models, the ZT220 and the even more powerful ZT230. During the models’ conceptualization, Zebra incorporated user feedback from the very beginning. The results are intuitive, easy-to-handle label printers with a robust design for pinpoint sharp results.
Use the direct thermal or thermal transfer printers in connection with another printer, thanks to ZPL support. Serial RS232 and USB ports are integrated, standard. Optionally expand the spectrum with an Ethernet 10/100 print server or 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, as well as a parallel interface – standard on-board, or manually from the outside. A particularly practical function: the label catch tray is at the exact same height as the Zebra S4M.
Both models are constructed robust and boast a compact footprint. The media cover on the ZT230 is also made of metal; on the ZT220 it is made of shock-resistant plastic. The double-folding cover has an opening radius of roughly 10 cm, whereby the entire printer’s size is compressed enough to require little location space. Changing the color ribbons and label rolls is easy – simply open the cover and replace – without any bothersome threading. The view window always gives you a quick look at the material status.
A high print quality for barcodes, words and graphics is guaranteed by the resolution of 8 dots/mm (203 dpi), optionally with 12 dots/mm (300 dpi). Plus, enjoy the proven Zebra quality when it comes to tools-free access and maintenance of the standard components, like the printhead and roller. To maintain or repair all other parts you only need three common tools.
The display on the ZT230 supports the printer’s intuitive handling, simplifies voice commands, as well as controls the printer properties. Additional LED displays provide the user with information about print status and maintenance needs. Even unschooled personnel can intuitively operate the printers of the ZT200 Series. The lighted and movable media sensor is also viewable through the inserted media, for optimal positioning. Colored markings on the inside further simplify its handling.
Zebra ZT400 Series Mid-range printers for super quick label printing
The Zebra ZT400 Series promises professional printing for production lines, packaging and shipping labels, in incoming goods and in healthcare. Protected within metal framed industrial-strength housing sits a highly developed direct thermal/thermal transfer printing machine. It is designed to deliver large label throughput at an incredibly high speed. With up to 356 mm per second the ZT410 is one of the tops in its class. The larger ZT420 also has an impressive speed of up to 305 mm per second.
With the ZT400 Series you print labels and tags with widths between 25 and 114 mm (ZT410), or 51 to 178 mm (ZT420). Loading and changing media is very easy, thanks to the hinged lid. And with the large viewing window you always have the remaining material in plain sight. Under poor lighting conditions the illuminated media and color ribbon paths provide enough light inside the printer for users to make the necessary changes. For more user-friendly operation there is the multi-line symbol-based LCD display in addition to the well laid out function keys.
The range of available printing resolutions (203 and 300 dpi, as well as 600 dpi for the ZT410), XML -compatible printing and RFID capabilities allow easy integration of the ZT400 midrange printers into a variety of applications. The supported programming languages ZPL, ZPLII and EPL ensure for communication with already existing system and software applications in a network. Wherever and however you use the ZT400 printers, the large number of interfaces and connectivity options ensure for smooth operation. The ZT400 comes standard with a USB and an RS232 interface, an Ethernet port for network functions, as well as Bluetooth. Optionally use the two free media slots for a bi-directional parallel port, a second network card or 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi. The printers of the ZT400 Series are optimized for use with the Zebra Link-OS software environment. Link-OS comprises a software development kit and numerous practical applications for remote maintenance and printer management.
