To guarantee the complete traceability of material, products like billets, wires, bars, channels and tubes must be identified with labels, which withstand these rough environmental conditions durably. With barcode printed labels in continuous casting or bundle as well as coil labels enable the automated data capture with MDE. Coloured labels offer additional allocation of quality characteristics and facilitate the organisation of storage, as well as delivery control.
DYNAMIC Systems offers labels, which are very heat resistant, oil- and chemical resistant and which have extreme robust characteristcs. Due to the application of special adhesives a strong adhesion of scaled and oily (saw-)surfaces can be guaranteed. A medium- resp. long Term outdoor-storage is guaranteed by the UV-durability of the labels
