Information of current availability
In order to protect our customers as well as our staff we have already implemented measures such as home office or reduction of direct social contacts - but without affecting our daily availability for you!
Your contact persons will be available via phone or email as usually during our standard business hours
Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00 o´clock and
Friday 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00 o´clock
They will make sure that your requests and orders will be processed smoothly and without delay and they will remain at your disposal for any queries.
However, we would also like to inform you that based on our supply chains there might occur bottlenecks regarding label materials or ribbons. Thus, we recommend building up your safety stock or reserves respectively and placing your orders in time.
We will be pleased to provide you with advice concerning the current supply situation and shall inform you immediately about any delays or restrictions.
We are confident that together we will overcome the current situation despite the necessary limitations and restrictions. Thank you for your valued cooperation!
